Fun fitness class for all – Fridays 9.30 am in the village hall or playpark (weather dependent) Using both body weight and handheld weights this low impact class will help mobility, strength and improve balance as well as burning fat and building muscle. Fun class for all levels, local villages welcome too.

Coffee Mornings and Seasonal Meals are held on a regular basis in the Village Hall and will be advertised by email and on Facebook
 
Monthly Pub Lunches on the first Wednesday of each month (meet in The Crown 1pm)
